I needed to have a solar attic fan installed on my roof. The quote for the installation was straight forward, and Oscar answered my questions quickly and professionally. Oscar and his team showed up the day of the installation on time and completed the installation with minimal disruption. Our water heater tank bursted a leak and we got it replaced. After inspecting it, the vent was installed on the wrong location from day 1. Oscar was able to remove the old vent, cover it and seal it completely. The new vent was installed directly over the new water heater. He was able to install the exact same shingles my house has, it looks just like the house came with it! We will see how it holds up to heavy rain, he was able to also give me a guarantee on the work if it leaks. He was able to get it done in 2 hours without waking up the baby in the room directly below. Highly recommend!

They arrived right when they said that they would, and knocked out the repair in half the time that I was expecting it to take. Oscar provides before/during/after photos via text WHILE THEY’RE DOING THE REPAIR so that you know exactly what is being done and how the repair looks from where it is (no need to climb up on the roof to take a look).

I tried to play it cool when I called Oscar, but I think he sensed the desperation in my voice. I had discovered a huge hole in my roof and severe storms were forecast for tomorrow. He met me one hour later at my house to inspect the damage. Turns out that squirrels had torn off shingles at the top ridge vent to gain access to the attic. 2 hours later, the roof was patched and I was relieved. I believe that the wow! fair price I got (less than $200!) was partly due to the good laugh we shared when I told him about my fallback plan involving an umbrella poking out from inside the attic!
